Teaching philosophy:
My teaching philosophy is based on three core principles:
1) All-rounded musicianship: Teach students through understanding and not rote learning / imitation
2) Use of technology: Use IPad to create custom scores and YouTube videos for students
3) Honesty: As teachers, we are typically more knowledgeable about music than both our students and parents. I pledge to always provide honest feedback to students and to act in their best interests.
