I have been conducting piano lessons for private students and teaching part time at a local music school since 1988. I teach piano practical from beginner to diplomas level and conduct group and individual theory classes up to grade 8. During my final year of studies in Australia, I conducted music appreciation classes at the University's childcare centre beside giving individual piano lessons and assisting in group music appreciation and theory classes at the University's Centre for Young Musicians. I have also run some music appreciation classes in a childcare centre and a music school back home from 1999-2001. I am a MOE registered piano teacher, also an instructor under Singapore Ministry of Education’s Art and Music Instructors Scheme (AMIS) (MUSIC).

I hold a Bachelor degree in music teaching. During my final year of studies in Australia, I conducted music appreciation classes at the University’s childcare centre beside giving individual piano lessons, piano accompaniments, assisting in group music appreciation and theory classes at the University’s Centre for Young Musicians.

I have also run some music appreciation classes at a childcare centre and a music school back home from 1999-2001.

I am a MOE registered piano teacher and also a certified instructor under Singapore Ministry of Education’s Art and Music Instructors Scheme (AMIS) (MUSIC). I have conducted some short term keyboard and other music courses in the primary and secondary schools since 2010.

Leisure Music courses for all ages:
Elementary: $240 per month (45 mins lesson)
Intermediate: $280 (1 hr)
Advance: $320 (1 hr)

Per lesson charges for students that can not have regular weekly lesson:
Beginner – Grade 1: $60 per 45 mins lesson
Grade 2: $65
Grade 3: $70
Grade 4: $75
Grade 5: $80 per 1 hr lesson
Grade 6: $85
Grade 7: $90
Grade 8: $95
Diplomas: $100-120 (Associate - Licentiate)

Individual Theory Crash Course from grade 1 to 5: $250 per 4 lessons, 1 hour per lesson. (Group of 2 $130 per student)
Theory Grade 6 to 8: $300 per month, 1 hour per lesson. (Group of 2 $160 per student)

Available Timing

Tuesday : 10am onwards
Wednesday :10am – 5pm
Thursday: 10am -2:30pm
Friday: 1pm – 3pm
Saturday : 10 am -1 pm

Additional Info

Except for theory crash course, I do not charge by every 4 lessons. I give 45 lessons a year if students follow my teaching calendar. Replacement of lessons can be scheduled depends on availabilities.

I am charging per lesson basis for students who are unavailable for regular weekly lesson or staying out of my teaching area e.g. Sentosa, Marina Bay and Orchard etc. A transportation charge levies besides the tuition fees to those staying out of East area.
